UF Swing Club is on break.
UF Tango Club is technically on break, but Nick will be leading Argentine Tango at 308 West for anyone that wants to join him. Same as usual with the UF Tango Club, starts at 8 pm. $5, UF Students free.
Saturday night marks the end of an epoch in Gainesville dancing with Maria Alvarez last ballroom dance. Everyone who can should go out to Imperial Studio this Saturday.
Tango Pavadita hosts their lovely Argentine Tango milonga Saturday night at 308 West.
Sunday Lindy Swing 101 continues from 6 to 7 at 308 West followed by Lindy Swing for more experienced dancers from 7 to 8:30 and then from 8:30 to 9:30 Hustle! $10 for the whole night.
Tuesday Richard teaches East Coast Swing.
Wednesday Essie and Thursday Judi teach West Coast Swing.
Coming up at the end of March is the Gainesville Dance Festival over 3 nights and 2 days with 14 different dance sessions, 18 dance teachers and over 20 hours of dancing. Visit the Gainesville Dance Festival Facebook event page, confirm your attendance and invite your friends.

Judi Markell kicks off her new classes at 308 W University Ave with a bang, by giving you one free lesson! This new ongoing class will normally be $35 for the first four Thursdays of the month, but since March has 5 Thursdays, we are going to throw the 5th Thursday in FREE as a kind of Grand Opening Special.
This is an Intermediate WCS class, so experience with West Coast Swing in needed. Basic 6 and 8 count patterns such as Push Break, Side Passes, and Whips are essential.
