Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,
Party this weekend! Come out this Sunday evening for our Thanksgiving Swinging Soul Dance and Graduation Party for our Swing 101-a class. Help welcome our new swing dancers to the Gainesville dance community. There will be a lesson at 6 and dancing from 7 to 9:30. There will be a mix of all types of swing music. If you know any type of swing, you will be able to dance. If you do not know swing, that is okay too.

UF Swing and Tango Clubs are on break this Friday night, but Swing and Sway meets on Friday at the Boltin Center.
This is a Tango Pavadito weekend, with their wonderful, regional milonga on Saturday night where you can dance with people from all over North Florida and come back Sunday morning for a beautiful Tango brunch.
Lindy Swing Dancing 101-b class starts first Sunday in December. We continue with Lindy Swing basics from 6 to 7 pm on Sunday nights. New beginners are still welcome to join us. In this class you will explore versions of the side pass, the woman's left and right turns, send outs, bring backs, with a variety of hand holds. You will learn the basic elements of 6-count swing, how to do them with precision and how to put them together to make up all the moves you like.
Wanted people interested in taking their dancing to the next level. We are looking for a small group of people to come regularly on Sunday nights for Swing from 7 to 8:30 pm and/or for Hustle! from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. If you want to have fun and take your dancing to the next level, let me know you are interested.
