Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,
Registration for two classes for new dancers is open via Santa Fe College Community Education. Beginner classes are the best way to get new people into the dance community. Encourage those you know to sign up.
The classes are Super Simple Lindy Hop Swing Dancing 101 and International Folk Dancing 101. Sign up now here.

You have three days of Tango, starting Friday night with UF Tango Club, where Burcin and Alper provide some excellent instruction and music to dance to. Saturday night is the classiest dance in town, Tango Pavadita's milonga and Sunday morning the elegant Tango Pavadita brunch.
Lots of Swing this week. On Friday join UF Swing Club. Sunday evening come out for my Lindy Swing and Hustle!. Tuesday join Richard for East Coast Swing and Wednesday join Essie for West Coast Swing. Take advantage of the more you dance the more you save program. Dance with Richard and Essie and get half off or more on Sunday night Lindy Swing. Next Friday October 28 is Josh's Halloween Swing Dance.
Monday night join my Israeli Folk Dancing at 7 pm at B'nai Israel for only $5 per family or free if you come to my Lindy Swing on Sunday.

October 31 come out for a fun and fascinating evening with internationally renowed professional Israeli, international and line dance choreographer and instructor Ira Weisburd's Israeli Folk Dance Workshop. Everyone with any dance experience can participate in this exciting evening. Ira will be teaching and you will be able to follow along even if you have never folk danced before. You will have a great time. Ira is just returning from tours of East Asia and the United States.
